4. Property Images and Data

When you upload property images or details to generate descriptions:

We process this data to generate descriptions using our AI technology.
Your property data is stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase).
We do not share your property images or details with third parties without your consent, except as required to provide our services.
You maintain ownership of all property content you upload, but grant us license to use it to provide our services.

5. Virtual Staging and Image Processing

When you use our virtual staging feature to transform room photos:

Your original room photos are uploaded to our secure cloud storage and processed using AI technology (Google Gemini).
Both the original photos and AI-generated staged images are stored in your account for future access.
We compress and optimize images to ensure efficient processing and storage (typically 100KB-5MB).
Virtual staging usage is tracked on a per-user, per-day basis to enforce daily limits based on your subscription tier.
You can save staged images to your device gallery, where they are stored locally on your device.
We do not share your staging photos or results with third parties without your consent, except as required to provide our AI services.
Your staging history and gallery remain accessible within your account unless you choose to delete them.

6. AI and Your Content

Our application uses artificial intelligence to generate property descriptions and virtual staging based on your inputs:

We may use anonymized content to improve our AI models and enhance the quality of descriptions and virtual staging.
Example descriptions you upload to train the AI on your style are used only for personalizing your experience.
Your photos are processed by third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to generate virtual staging results.
You maintain copyright to the final descriptions you generate, customize, and save, as well as the staged images.
AI processing typically takes 1-3 minutes for virtual staging, during which your image data is temporarily held in memory.

7. Third-Party AI Services

We utilize third-party artificial intelligence services to provide our features:

Google Gemini: Used for virtual staging image processing. Your room photos are sent to Google's servers for AI transformation and the resulting staged images are returned to our system.
These third-party services process your data according to their own privacy policies and terms of service.
We only share the minimum necessary data with these services to provide our features.
Image data is transmitted securely and is not permanently stored by these third-party AI providers beyond what is necessary for processing.

8. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage solutions (Supabase) to safeguard your information, including all property images and virtual staging results.

9. Data Retention

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including:

Generated property descriptions and virtual staging results are stored indefinitely in your account unless you delete them.
Usage tracking data (such as daily staging counts) is retained for the current billing period.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

The right to access, update or delete your personal information.
The right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.
